After I quit fighting with people and decided not to be afraid of them life between me and people became easy, I found that if I took a real interest in people and was sincere then people would accept you, if you a recognise people through speech, gestures or eye contact you will likely be accepted. My wife says I'm one of the lucky one because people notice me, although through the dating process it was a problem for at that point in life it's better not to be noiiced. The turning point in my life was when I decided that people were important, it was not me that gained confidence it was them that gave me confidence.
